EASA has established a national network of accredited CIMA and ICISF trained counsellors and trainers. All EAP providers are accredited and insured with their various association standards and receive regular supervision. Complex cases are overseen by a supervisor.
Mr Craig Willmott, Managing Director
Craig Willmott is the founder and Managing Director of EASA.
Craig has specialised in EAP services including counselling and critical incident stress management since 1988. His particular interest is wellbeing and safety in the resources, mining and related industries.
Craig facilitates training programs in people management through proactive EAP services with a focus on injury prevention, stress management, depression, communication and conflict management. His training has a proven record of reducing absenteeism and sickness and workers compensation claims, while increasing performance. Craig specialises in consultation and specialist trauma advice for workplace incidents and disaster management.
He has lectured extensively, and runs international conferences each year specialising in crisis management for international disasters.
Craig has also worked extensively with NSW Police Force and the Australian Defence Force. He has helped deploy teams for overseas service and has been deployed to East Timor and Iraq to provide welfare support and crisis management. In 2005 he led teams to assist the people recovery in Thailand after the Asian Tsunami.
Craig has received numerous accolades and citations for this critical incident work, domestically and internationally.
Mr Chris Allan, Supervisor (NSW)
Chris Allan is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. He is a PBA approved supervisor who provides clinical supervision, 4+2 training and registrarship for clinical psychology. He is also an approved provider of supervision to psychiatric registrars for their psychotherapy training and is experienced in running Balint groups for GPs.
Chris has worked extensively in psychological assessment and reporting. This includes assessments of psychopathology and neuropsychological assessment for both Workcover NSW as well as the legal profession. For Workcover NSW, Chris delivered a range of workshops directed towards assessment and return to work including assessment of malingering, chronic pain and working with long term clients to return to work. He also provided an extensive range of psychological testing for both selection and coaching.
Chris’s specialties are Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Clinical Supervision, Psychodynamic and Schema Supervision, Psychological Testing, Personnel and Selection Testing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Adult Learning Assessments.
