EAP Counselling
EASA’s EAP counselling service provides employees and their immediate family members with access to confidential counselling services for work related concerns and personal issues.
These issues can impact on personal wellbeing, work performance and team morale, as well as psychological and physical health.
EASA has a national network of professional counsellors who provide short-term solution-focussed counselling, follow-up support and access to resources. Counsellors also arrange referrals to appropriate third party services and specialists if deemed necessary.
Our depth of experience and training allows us to address and manage the wide variety of issues your employees are facing. We work closely with employees to help them deal with:
- Stress, either personal or work related
- Work issues
- Relationship and family issues
- Depression and Anxiety
